Drawing Winners will be announced every eighth week
beginning in December 2007

One 1st prize winner will receive one-half acre lot (1/2) of land zoned for residential development in beautiful Deming, New Mexico.

Two 2nd prize winners will receive the opportunity to Purchase a one-half acre lot (1/2) zoned for residential development at 50% off it's asking price in beautiful Deming, New Mexico.

Five 3rd prize winners will receive the opportunity to purchase a one-half acre lot (1/2) zoned for residential development at 25% off It's asking price in beautiful Deming, New Mexico.

1st place drawing winner will be chosen every eighth week (8th) beginning in December 2007 and ending in December 2008. Winners will be contacted by mail, e-mail or telephone. Winners agree to be listed on website as a 1st place winner and will have to pay a four-hundred dollar ($400.00) transfer fee which includes transfer tax, recording fees and documentation fees.

2nd and 3rd place winners will be drawn monthly on the first Mondays of each month; winners will be contacted either by mail, e-mail or telephone.

All winners are guaranteed financing with a small down payment for land which is purchased or financed through "Uslandquest LLC."

One entry form per person. Must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S.A, Uslandquest LLC.
